Witchy Woman

THOUGHT: Think Fall!!
I am getting into the spirit of FALL!!
I have been playing with our totally wicked stamp sets this week.  I can't decide which 'witch' I love more!
Anyway, on to my witchy woman card ;)
I had this idea that the flowers from our blossom petal builders punch looks like a long witchy fingernail??  And don't all witches scratch their fingernails along something, CREEPY-almost like running your fingernails across the chalkboard!!
Details for the card: Card base is cajun craze cs, with a layer of paper from our 'frightful sight' dsp, torn at the edge to reveal my sentiment.  This sentiment is on basic gray cs and embossed with the wild wasabi embossing powder(love this shtuff!!)

I  layered 2 co-ordinating pieces of the 'frightful night' dsp on basic black cs. My witchy finger was made with a strip of old olive cs. I rounded this at the end by placing it in the end of my lg oval punch:
I punched a piece of rich razzleberry cs with my blossom petals punch:
I stamped one spider from the 'Out on a Limb'(in our holiday mini)in basic black ink on witchys finger nail, and added a pearl(cuz a girl needs her bling;)) from our basic pearls, that I colored with a permanent marker in a dark purple.

I sponged around both the fingernail and the finger itself, adding some lines for my finger bends. I stamped, in rich razzleberry ink, a piece of whisper white cs with the witchy hat from the 'wicked cool' stamp set. I used my markers to color in the brim.I embossed the spooky in black over top.  I punched that image out and layered it on another black circle. I punched a piece of cajun craze cs with our decorative label punch.  I used our awesome new scoring tool to create lines on my label and sponged it with some basic black ink.
hmmmm. Why are itches fingernails never longer than 11 inches??
Because if they were 12 inches than they'd be a foot ;)
LOL, sorry I couldn't help the joke!

Hope you enjoyed!!

Until Next Thought,

Kris
