This is a card that I created for the color challenge over at PalsPaperArt
Stamp Set: Wanted
Colors: Garden Green, Certainly Celery, Kraft, whisper white, black, pumpkin pie, rose red,
Accessories: Big Shot Top Note Die, movers and shapers curly label, rose red eyelet, pewter brad, texture plate#4,pumpkin pie 1-1/4in grosgrain ribbon, linen thread,1-3/8 circle punch,xl bird punch, word window,5 petal flower, wide and small oval, boho blossom, trio flower, heart to heart, and horizontal slot punch, tombo adhesive, snail adhesive, pop dots,paper-piercing tool, sponge dauber, gray marker, white gel pen and regular sized hole punch
Bunny:body is wide oval punch with 4 small ovals as limbs. I added some flowers and trimmed to look like patches.his head is the1-3/8 in circle.I used the 5 petal flower in white for his face. I cut 2 petals(making sure to leave some space towards center. I rounded with 1-3/8 circle punch as shown in this picture:
*Note: this pic shows heart punch-oops!(which you could also use)
I used 2 horizontal slots(white) as his chompers.for his nose i used a rose red brad, leaving one side open. for the whiskers I used the grosgrain ribbon.
Start at one end and snip the edge ribbon.
You can then use your finger to fray the ribbon.
I attach my frayed ribbon to a glue dot.
I use the small heart from heart punch as a patch behind bunnies eye- which is a reg. sized hole punch highlighted with white gel pen and added gray lashes. You could also use a flower behind his eye as a patch. For bunnies ears I used 2 small ovals. For the insides I cut 2 small rose red ovals ten put in 5 petal flower to trim, flip and trim other side. Bunnies tail is flower from boho blossoms pop dotted. I attached all pieces together with tombo adhesive.
Wanted Sign:I cut a certainly celery top note and stamped "wanted" and 2 circles as a semi-colon. I used the movers and shapers label as a frame for my pic of carrots! I sponged these (and bunny) to give aged look. Carrots are made from the word window punch, trimmed with the 5 petal flower:
hand drawn lines in pumpkin pie across body of carrots.Attach carrots to vines from our xl bird punch in garden green as my carrot tops and tied together with linen thread. I used tex plate#4 behind my carrots in the frame.
I assembled my wanted poster with a pewter brad and bunny on a paisley stamped garden green card front!
Hope you enjoy my whimsical little bunny!!!!
Until my Next Thought~Kris
