Oh My Goodness!!
I just cannot get enough of these cute stockings!
Don't worry I will only torture you with a few more cards made with them ;))
Thought:
This is a card I made while thinking that my baby brother celebrated his 1st wedding anniversary!! Haha I'm saying baby brother and he is really quite a bit bigger than his sissy. While I am at 5'4", I think he stands over 6" !! Maybe I am just short??
To make these cute stockings, I punched out one in night of navy card stock and one in our
sparkly:) silver glimmer paper! I embossed the night of navy stockings with the new snowburst impressions embossing folder-LOVE this!! I then sponged my platinum shimmer paint over my snowburst navy stockings-we can never have too much bling right? Mix and match to make a cute little set ;) I made two little bows with white bakers twine and attached a little jingle bell to 1 stocking.

Now these are just gorgeous enough as they are, so I didn't want to take away any of their sparkle ;)
I used a card base of whisper white, and using our new simply scored tool, I scored 3/4" from all edges. At the two bottom edges, I turned my card on a diagonal and made score marks every 1/8" in a diagonal triangle shape.
In the lower right hand corner from my Tiny Tags stamp set, in night of navy ink.
Finish!!
Until Next Thought,
Kris
This is one incredible CAS card!!!! Love how you kept everything else simple to keep the focus on the two stockings! Such an original idea for an anniversary or 1st Christmas!!
