Hoo Hoo Hoo Merry Christmas!!!

Stamp Sets: Many Merry Messages and Teeny Tiny Wishes
Colors: Whisper white, Cherry Cobbler,Old Olive, sahara sand, naturals white
Accessories: Big Shot,Petals a plenty Embossing Folder,Perfect Details Texturz Plate, white frost shimmer Paint(mixed with rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle),basic black 5/8" satin ribbon, ornament, heart, dotted scallop ribbon border and owl punches, love letters DSP, white gel pen,Stamp-a-ma-jig

This card is a spin off of one of my earliest Santa suits.  I used a basic card size(4-1/4x5-1/2) of cherry cobbler and textured using my big shot, spritzed my cs with shimmer mixture(see above) and the petals a plenty EF.  I love the de-bossed side for Santas suit but you may choose whichever you like;).  I punched out several hearts(6whole)and used my edges to punch out partial hearts-they make up Santas mustache.  Love using every bit of my card stock.  It is a fetish-I just have to find a use for it;).  I punched the owl in sahara sand and his belly is the DSP from love letters. White and black eyes with a fleck of white gel pen-makes them come alive;). I punched an ornament in white and used old olive from the inside of Santas belt to punch out the top of the ornament.  Oh by the way did I tell you what a pain it was to make that belt buckle? -I really do need smaller nesting square punches!  I stamped "merry Christmas" from teeny tiny wishes in cherry cobbler and and the "Ho" 3times from 'Ho'liday in the merry many messages set. I went back using the stamp-a-ma-jig and added my extra 'O' (O for what a pain that was! LOL-I should have just wrote it in but wanted it to be more 'demo-quality' looking;)  I used cherry cobbler marker to add dots on my ornament. oooh what am I forgetting? Belt is a strip of black satin ribbon and trim on suit is a piece of white punched from dotted scallop ribbon punch.  Layer your hearts, I started from the center bottom to give his beard a more fluffy effect and added my owl at the end(just didn't go too crazy with the adhesive on that side of his beard;).  Adhere all other pieces..and hoo hoo you got yourself an owl and santa card;)
This guy was pretty popular in Baltimore-wish I had made like 100 to share with all my fellow demos;)!
Hope I got all my thoughts down?and

Until Next Thought~Kris
